So kids camp is over and we're back from our trip and we brought my new pony home yesterday! He seems to be adjusting pretty well, his new stall is like a luxury suite compared to his previous and he gets his own pasture, no more babysitting the evil fresian yearling! He seemed fine with our big Belgian gelding so eventually they'll get to know eachother across the fence and hopefully we can pasture them together. I gave him the day off yesterday to adjust but I'm going to saddle him tonight and just do a little ring work! I'm a little nervous with him being in the new surroundings but hopefully everything will go well! Its so good to have him home, his cute little stripey face was peering out at me from his stall this morning! So cute! I'll keep ya posted on how things go tonight... fingers crossed the adjustment goes smoothly!
I finally bought my new sparkly helmet too so I'll get to try that out as well... :) Fun fun!
